I had a wonderful experience here. The store has some beautiful tiles/floorings etc. For such an open plan area, I was very glad of the heating. Too many stores these days are freezing cold. Finally, the staff.....very smiley and actually looked like they enjoyed their job. The DM (Glenn) helped me with my design, such a knowledgeable, polite and helpful young man. One very happy customer ?

Over the past 18 months I have used these guys 3 times now. Each time the service has been 11/10. They have a great range of products but the customer service is where they excel. Communication is brilliant and there is nothing I could fault with the experiences that I have had. These guys could teach a lot of other stores about great customer service!
