They don't respect the booking time. It was my third time when unloading there and all the time they unloaded later than it was booked.

A lovely young man named Liam was very helpful assisting me to find what I needed. Then going to my car I found I had a flat tyre. He then immediately went to fetch a pump and fixed my tyre for me to get to the tyre fitters.Well done Liam, you are a ? star. X

I had to return a google nest thermostat that was faulty with a software issue that google were unable to support me with. The manager and sales assistant were really helpful and a walked away with my issue solved really quickly. Hoping to get my heating up and running again very soon

Worst site ever to get tipped. 3hrs 15mins for a forklift driver to take off 3x Pallets. Then three days before 2hrs to get tipped. Every haulier & courier driver complain about how bad it is to get unloaded here. For such a big site only one forklift driver!
