Do like tk maxx Redditch however last 2 years they seem to have all the rubbish that other stores don't want the decorative home ware department has virtually disappeared men's shoes gone from 3 aisles to half an aisle quality has gone unfortunately I can't see it lasting for much longer which is a shame. Not as good as it used to be

By far the best tkmaxx around. The shop is always so tidy and the staff go above and beyond to help. Its clean and well organised...so easy to find the things you didn't know you needed. Love this shop

I recently had a challenging experience at the TK Maxx based in Redditch while attempting to return a pair of shoes. The shoes, which were a gift for my mother, were unfortunately one day past the 28-day return policy. The assistant at this location was not only unhelpful but also seemed to take pleasure in denying the return, which added to the frustration of the situation.
However, I want to highlight the excellent service I received when I contacted the TK Maxx customer service. They were understanding and accommodating, allowing me to return the shoes at my local branch without any further issues. The staff there were very sympathetic and even expressed their disapproval of the unhelpful behavior I encountered initially.
While I appreciate the resolution provided by the customer service team, the initial interaction left a sour taste. I believe that a little flexibility and a more empathetic approach at the first store could have significantly improved the situation. I hope this feedback can be used to improve training and customer service at the Redditch store.
