Had a car key fob replaced at Redditch Tesco and it proved to be a tricky job but with persistence, the guy (didn?t catch his name but had a nose bar) did get it solved and now it?s working perfectly. He?s a credit to Timpsons.

After getting my partners shoes reheeled at the Coventry shop and them failing after one use, I took the shoes to Ross (Tesco's Redditch) to see if he could repair them. He was absolutely brilliant and couldn't do anything more for me to get them fixed. After the awful job the Coventry shop had done on these before, Ross and Jim (Sainsburys) were able to get these in perfect condition. I highly recommend both of these chaps, incredible service.

Had my suit dry cleaned just before Christmas, when I picked it up they had ironed the crease out of the trousers and caused damage to the jacket, their customer services were no help and took no responsibility for the damage, the first and last time I will go to Timpson.
