Been in many times, usually for additional key cutting for our office.
Always professional, polite, helpful and speedy.
Probably had 50 copy keys cut over 10 visits in the past few years, various types and sizes of key. Never had an issue with any of them.

Paid £25 for 4 lace hooks and some glue, they failed to seal the boot, and one of the hooks fell out instantly when I laced them because it wasn't expanded in the slightest. High prices for a poor service.

Excellent service, took a locket in to be engraved but unfortunately it was damaged during this. Mark apologised on his colleague's behalf and was very professional. The item was replaced and a full refund given with no hesitation.Thank you Mark
