I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your store on 09/08/2025. To be frank, the level of service and quality I received was unacceptable and has left me both frustrated and disappointed. Please get more staff to work on the tills cause I was waiting in the queue for ages and there called for more till staff to go on and no one jumped on when they was staff on the shop floor just talking to each other that doesn?t look good for customers point of view this needs to be addressed and the staff member that was talking to other staff members needs a telling off cause it doesn?t look professional.

Went in the other day to look for some back to school things, couldn?t find what I was looking for so went looking for a member of staff to get some help, took me 5 minutes to find someone just to see 3 members of staff standing in the corner doing nothing and just talking
