Amazing customer service from manager Jade and assistant manager Chelsea! Both of them went above and beyond to make it a valuable experience for me! Greeted with big smiles, nothing was too much to ask! Do visit for your fragrances, lots of nice scents to choose from, and they always give the best advice! You will not be disappointed! ??

Visited the shop today, to purchase aftershave for my 13 year old grandson. I had no idea what a pre teen would like but Jade was brilliant she suggested a few he would like and definitely knew her stuff,.as he loved it.

Awful customer service. Avoid at all costs. Impossible to contact by phone so multiple visits required to collect an item ordered into store. Still not arrived 4 weeks after payment and even the staff can't get hold of their own customer service. Asked to speak to a manager who the assistant had to phone, to vent my frustration while in the shop, who, with no apology said \\\"I will sort it Monday\\\" and slammed the phone down on me. Yet another visit required as they would not even refund me. Truly appalling, go to Boots a few doors down for much better service and at least get the items you pay for.

2 weeks ago, bought 2 oerfumes, ordered another for delivery in-store, was told it'd be there in 4 days by next Wed. Went to collect on Monday - told by staff there was nothing. Bought another perfume. Got a call from store next day saying my order was there all the time; staff made a mistake, & I could come any day to collect, and would get a couple samples as compensation (which I should ve had in any case as (1) have a membership (2) had bought a Givenchy, a Dior, a Paco Rabanne all brands they are promising free samples with (3) had made at least £250 worth of purchase in a week.Anyways, went in 4 days later, same staff who'd been unable to find my order said , " come in in 4 days, we don't have any free gifts right now."Poor service, poor staff training, poor communication.Zero PRPlus, it appears TFS make promises they can't or won't keep.Shame really.
