I live in Solihull, but decide to take a few trips down to Tan & Glam each week because their sun beds are unmatched! I have struggled since moving here to find strong sunbeds and get value for money.I am so tanned after a 12 minute session and you can feel how strong the beds are! The shop is beautiful & clean and you can just feel how proud the team are to work here.Thank you ladies for being the best and having the best beds

The new shop is beautiful, the staff are very friendly and helpful, they shown me how to use the beds and gave lots of advice on which creams would be best for my skin, the shop is also spotless! and the beds have already gave me a great tan!

If I could leave no star I would of.. Completely unimpressed with the professionalism of this business, woke up this morning really looking forward to having my gel extensions done ready for my holiday to see a txt message this morning! saying they were cancelling my appointment due to Elly going on training course and had to change her train time so couldn?t do my nails, she was going to check the diary to see if I can be fitted in and not heard nothing since.I just can?t believe they?ve not gone out of there way to do anything or even offer me some compensation, won?t be going there again.Service: Manicure

Been going to Tan and Glam for the last couple of year for my eyebrows and always loved the results. However, my most recent experience has changed my opinion completely.I booked in for HD brows and a lash lift and tint. The salon had previously done a patch test on me but that was going back a couple of year so I messaged the salon the day before my appointment, asking if I need another patch test. A couple of hours after sending this message, the message was opened by the salon and ignored. I then got a call an hour before my appointment telling me that they cannot do the treatments that I booked in for, over a week before, as I needed a patch test. The lady that I spoke to was aware of the message that I sent the day before and told me they were just too busy to reply.I will now be spending my money elsewhereService: Waxing
