Agree with everyone else, went in today ordered quite an expensive sub to eat later, watched them make it. Open a few hours later to find the idiots have given me someone else's sub so that's £8 wasted and a sub straight in the bin. Can't take it back as they closed.

Food is always mixed up for some reason they?ll be onions and olives in near enough every other pot. The manager hates actually toasting your sub for more than 10 seconds so it never stays warm. The benches are all ripped and held together with tape it?s pretty poor

I ordered a create your own 6 inch meal ,when it was delivered it was missing the drink,cookie and doritos,when i rang the store was just told to go online and request a refund its not there fault but it oviously was because they failed to make sure the order was complete i paid full amount and yet only got half of what i paid for

Ridiculous Service. Every other subway in the whole Uk gives you an option for add ons as long as you are paying but this only always disappoints just because the any of the staff does not know how to put add ons on the till! Absolute Rubbish. I can even tell them how to do that and staff is very rude. Will never ever recommend to go to this bery branch!

My granddaughter and I have used this branch before and have always been reasonably pleased however today it was dreadful service, the counter was run by very young teenage girls who clearly had no training, talking to each other rather than listening to the customer! I ordered a foot long plain cheese toasted on white bread only to be given a seeded bread which I discovered at the table, this one was for my granddaughter who being autistic doesn't understand how a mistake like this could happen, when I went to change it I was given the 3rd degreeThen when it came out of the grill the first girl who was rude said to the girl taking it out pointed to me saying it's hers.Very bad manners
