Usual screwfix, most all items in stock, apart from the one thing you need, anything else next day pickup. Can get busy at times. Better to check stock on website. Click an collect can sometimes take too long to send the confirmation text.

Went into Redditch Branch @ 4.30pm today, Helen and Sam were very helpful with my enquiry with a Radiator Side Panel I was having problems with, they resolved my enquiry quickly and efficiently, I am so grateful for their help, they both make a good team.

Tried to order on line as it said next day delivery only. When i finaly managed to get my renew password to work said two days. Sod it. Will go to B&Q tomorrow. Need it now while the sun is out and before rain in two days time.

Not a great experience today. Despite there being no other customers in store other than 1 person being served, the guy waiting behind the counter wouldn?t take my order or serve me without me downloading the app. I didn?t have time to mess about, so left frustrated. I can?t understand why I couldn?t just be served.

Went to Park Farm South unit2 Redditch B98 OHU, just before closing time on 25/09/2021. I made a purchase, the two ladies that served me were very polite and professional and helped to make my shopping experience very pleasant, well done you are are a credit to the company.

Normally use the Stratford upon Avon store but this Redditch store had more of the products that I wanted. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and products are normally of good quality as decent prices
