Not a great experience today. Despite there being no other customers in store other than 1 person being served, the guy waiting behind the counter wouldn?t take my order or serve me without me downloading the app. I didn?t have time to mess about, so left frustrated. I can?t understand why I couldn?t just be served.

Went to Park Farm South unit2 Redditch B98 OHU, just before closing time on 25/09/2021. I made a purchase, the two ladies that served me were very polite and professional and helped to make my shopping experience very pleasant, well done you are are a credit to the company.

Normally use the Stratford upon Avon store but this Redditch store had more of the products that I wanted. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and products are normally of good quality as decent prices

Had a text stating your order will be ready shortly so made a trip to the store only to be told I would have to wait untill the following day. I wouldn't have made the trip if the txt had said it would be the next day so be aware and watch this.

Once again, screwfix to the rescue, even though uts ckick and collect still during this pandemic, i drove to parkfarm branch, sat in the van, ordered what i needed, walked in store and it was ready for me, so much quicker than the old system.

Husband said the staff have social distancing down to a t. Its the best place he's been into to collect stuff. He said the staff are all really friendly and the click and collect service works really well.
