Asking for updated review, Sainsbury's has moved all the stock around in an attempt to get you to change your habits. Just a pain in the arse going backwards and forwards, taking twice the time!

I was overcharged for wine today. I should have checked my receipt before leaving, I know , but was in a rush. I have called 3 times trying different avenues but the automated reply does not understand my query. This should then surely forward you to an advisor as requested - instead it asks me to check the website or go back into store. The store is not local. Initially, I just wanted to inform them so that no-one else gets overcharged. Now I?m miffed.
