Sandra has been the worst person to deal with ever, she never responds to your queries and she got us a fine when we had displayed many occasions concern that she'd be late 10 mths prior to. She has a duty of care to her clients yet displays absolute contempt by not responding to us as a business.So unprofessional...We are reporting her if we get no satisfactory response on this my last resort
