I love this hotel. I stay here regularly for work and it?s always lovely. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are clean, comfy and air conditioned. The breakfast is also fantastic with great choice. Highly recommended

Stayed one night, check-in was simple and staff were friendly and informative.
Room was clean and beds were comfy, bayliss and Harding shower gel and soap available, shower pressure good and hot water.
Great night sleep, we were crem side so quiet and no traffic.
Had breakfast in the beefeater the next day, food was lovely, staff were friendly and constantly cleaning the breakfast area

Some people may regard with disdain, But this location does a fantastic job. Having a lovely stay so far. Glad we returned after several years.

Always good reception team and rooms are usual premier inn standard. Breakfast next door is good, dinner not so great and expensive

Rooms were clean comfortable etc just as you would expect. There is no coordination between the hotel reception and the beefeater which provides food. We booked a table for 18:00 with small children and were initially told there was no space until 20:00. The beefeater staff said this happens all the time.

Premier inn are excellent as you know exactly the sort of quality to expect. All Premier Inns are based on the same ethos. They may not be the cheapest, but you pay for the expected quality.

Fabulous staff, lovely clean hotel, super service. Very handy base for Redditch and surrounding areas

I used the service to book in early as I had a wedding to attend. My room was clean and tidy the bed lovely white crisp linen. Water and chocolate in the fridge. The bathroom was equipped with shower gel and shampoo. Definitely recommend, it was easy book a room.

As usual you get a decent night's sleep, there a food outlet next door and snack vending in reception. E had a nice quiet cemetery side room. Plenty parking.

Went here for breakfast with my husband and daughter. Very dissapointed in the buffet breakfast all the hot food was very greasy so left most of that and ended up paying for hot buffet and eating continental .
