We have lived in Redditch for many years and have always gone to Pochin for our plumbing needs, right from those early days of 'Jack Hobbs plumbing'. We have always found the counter staff very knowledgable and able to volunteer good advice quite readily, without being demeaning to someone, such as myself or my wife, who are not Trade, but DIYers.After a house move last year we have taken the opportunity to update our bathroom and en suite. We feel that Ashley, from the showroom, went above and beyond the call to help us achieve a design we were happy with. We had many a rethink as one room was particularly difficult and he readily tweeked the plans to solve any problems and as a result we now have everything we wanted. This week our fitter is finishing off the second of the rooms and we are absolutely delighted with all of Ashleys suggestions for both the design and the products. He was patient throughout the whole process, listening to what we felt we wanted and creating it on the big screen in the showroom to give us a real perspective. His knowledge of the IT system and products enabled him to create images and plans rapidly. He quickly found products either we or he had in mind as suggestions and introduced them or changed them in the designs. Where we raised issues, he came up with multiple solutions for us to consider and then we were able to go away and digest what was proposed. He was readily available on the phone and by Email and all of our queries were answered promptly. He also advised us about alternative products of the same quality that were on offer or cheaper so we could keep within our budget.Ashley you are a credit to Pochin, you are so patient, knowledgeable and obviously want customers to be more than happy with the end product. There is no 'hard sell' whatsoever, and as the kitchen is next for an update and there is no doubt where the plumbing items for that will be sourced.
