the worst and hardest experience of my life was here at Pet home, starting from the assistant who took us in with our bunny, showing unprofessionalism through the arrogance with which she treated us and the tone with which she addressed us, the aggression and lack of common sense, and then the decision to put her to sleep doesn't analyze it for me as long as I can put her to sleep, doesn't analyze it to euthanize her without giving her a chance given the conditions in which you say that you are not a specialist doctor! the only thanks I address is to the one who took Lucy to be put to sleep, with love and empathy as all those who work there should be????you not can game with life, you must try everything untill put at sleep

Cannot fault the treatment my beagle has had for 11 years and especially over the last 2.5years after she was diagnosed with diabetes. After she went blind I always managed to get to see Sonia as Marlie felt most comfortable with her. And right upto to the point when Marlie was loosing her battle with diabetes Sonia was so caring and compassionate. And ensured us we were making the right decision for Marlie. I honestly can't thank her enough for making this so much easier for us and Marlie thank you.

Worst. I?ve tried calling about 8 times in a day they don?t answer. Called the vet and those ones are more clueless than anything, apparently they in the same building but they can?t help answering a bloody question. The worst service I?ve ever had

I am beyond furious with my experience at Pets at Home. Honestly, I?ve never dealt with such stuck-up, unhelpful staff in my life!! The way they treat both pets and their owners is shocking, like you?re an inconvenience just for walking in. And the prices? Daylight robbery!!! DONT GO. You?d expect premium care for what they charge, but all you get is disappointment and looked down upon. Unless you want to leave feeling angry, upset, and totally ripped off, do yourself and your pet a favour ? go somewhere else! Reception staff should only be employed if they have a genuine care for animals because it clearly shows. If I could do 0 I would.

I have been a loyal customer of this grooming service for the past six years. However, over the last year, the quality of service has significantly declined. Previously, a gentleman named Frank provided exceptional care for my dog, ensuring she always looked her best. However, after his departure, I have noticed a considerable deterioration in the standard of grooming.
Today, upon picking up my dog, I found that her paws were still dirty. Additionally, I had specifically requested that her ears be cleaned, yet they were not only unclean but also neglected, with the fur around them left unwashed. Given that my dog is groomed every ten days, I am well aware that these tasks are not overly difficult or time-consuming.
I hesitate to lodge a formal complaint, as I fear it may not lead to any meaningful improvement and could potentially result in even worse care for my pet. Nevertheless, I would greatly appreciate it if someone in senior management could address this matter. I remain committed to being a loyal customer, but if I do not see a marked improvement by January, I will unfortunately have to seek an alternative grooming service for my two dogs.
It is worth noting that this issue may be affecting other clients as well. Previously, I had to book appointments two months in advance to secure a spot, but now I am able to book at any time, which suggests a decline in customer demand.

Good shop but their knowledge on pets isn't that good. They give misleading info, and they sell products that are harmful to your pets believe it or not like rawhide

Always nice staff and helpful, however not always stocking everything we need due to our fussy pup! Nothing wrong with the place just wish it had more stock and was bigger, can?t be done but the staff are still really helpful

Sooo over-priced, and the female work uniform doesn't include laundering, you can tell because they all stink of wet straw without so much as a hairbrush between them.
