For some reason some employees of this shop look at me like at some thief every time I enter the shop, they either mistake me with someone else, or just don't like foreigners, I have no idea. I shop there since 2018 and never had a problem until last several months. Even new people, after few days look at me like at some kind of criminal.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers through just eat and after 40 mins of waiting, i tried to call store through the app and nothing. i then waited for a bit longer and after all i decided to call the shop again but through a different number. i call and ask if they have the item in stock (just in case thats why its taking an hour) he said yes its in stock and before i got to ask about its timing he-said like thank you n call ended.

As a shop it's pretty good although the staff could do with a bit of training in customer service as some of them are not only slow and more interested in chatting with eachother but a few of the ladies that work there are very rude which is shameful.

Last year the man here Sold my son a faulty lighter refused to exchange the lighter was lit and almost burnt down house as it would not go out i will be reporting to trading standards on behalf of my son.Avoid buying cheap dangerous lighters from this place

Good shop something's are over priced some offers are good. The only negative thing is you will have to stand in the que for ages as they won't press the button to ring for assistance so you stand there waiting

The centre is a fantastic resource for the redditch community, a pottery, a learning centre, a care Day centre, a coffee shop and a bakers!! The eco garden is lovely to sit in and relax while enjoying Magicakes delicious cakes! Well worth a visit!
