I would like to thank Adam for his fantastic help today when I changed my antiquated. I got stuck with downloading the data from my old phone when I got home so went back down and Adam patiently sorted out downloading the data again and was happy for me to wait in the shop whilst this was done. He was absolutely brilliant not just with me but with other customers he helped this afternoon and they weren't just buying phones. Thanks again Adam.
