Disgusting Place, used to be good . Ordered for dine-in, .Server took tray from the bottom of the counter,.. Tray was not clean, scraped the tray using a knife, wiped the knife with tissue, and ta-da.. gave us same knife .. ?? bye bye Muffin Break Redditch

Disgusting.. The Man serving is The most unhygienic and Rudest, watch him wiping the cutleries with his own Apron, scraped the tray using knife, then same knife that he left on our tray for us to use .. When i told him what he did, he was denying it..he told me and my dauhter to go somewhere else. Plates, knives, saucers are all Stainy and looks like it hasnt been washed at all.. This used to be one of the best Cafe in Kingfisher. Now, dont bother. .

Me and my sister visit muffin break a couple of times a month for lunch. We used to find it so Convenient whilst having a baby to feed also as there is plenty of space for the pram. We had noticed changes over the last few months to quality of food/ staff / overall service. Yesterday I had gone for lunch and ordered a sandwich, coffee and cake. A lady who was pleasant took my order, as I was going to pay I asked for my blue light card discount to be added which is on my phone. A rude man on the coffee machine shouted over saying sorry I need to see the card in person. I explained it is a card on the app and that it has the same name as my debit card. He then argued saying no he still needs it in person. I went onto explain I had been here so many times and in other shops and my online card should be accepted. After a few minutes of arguing back and fourth the lady did put the discount on. I was shocked that I had to argue my case over £1.20 blue light card discount which has always been allowed. Terrible customer service. I also had spoken to a staff member who works in the centre. I had mentioned about what had happened he also said he had stopped going there due to food quality/ staff. He is in the centre still working at later hours (1am) and said he had seen food left out on the counters at night. This isn?t good hygiene & muffin break does say everything cooked fresh daily. I doubt that very much now. So I sadly we won?t be returning.

Disgusting service received today. Had won a gift voucher at a recent charity event and it was refused at the till despite being signed. Counter half empty, staff can't understand you and coffee luke warm. Please bring back previous staff who provided an enjoyable experience.

This used to be a great cafe, it's gone badly down hill with the new owners. Meant to get a free muffin on your birthday, used to let you pick any, now they only let you have the basic ones.

Muffin break Redditch has always been a friendly place to go for coffee and lunch but recently it has gone downhill . All the friendly helpful staff seemed to have disappeared and been replaced and not the friendly happy place it was . Selection of foods have been replaced and when asked why they have changed they just shrug shoulders and not interested . Won?t be ?my go? to coffee stop anymore .

Used to be an absolutely lovely place, but unfortunately new owners bought it out in June, and it's now horrendous. Nothing seems clean at all, the food isn't prepared by people that know what they are doing and the owners treat the staff like rubbish. 90% of staff quit within 4 weeks of the new owners due to this. Absolutely despicable the way they have decimated the company's standards and it's reputation

Excellent service Coffee great, great selection of food. Cakes delicious ?Wheelchair accessibility: Quite tight to move around . I understand the place they are situated make it more difficult
