Rude staff member on self checkout tills.
Quickly stopped in this morning after a 13 hour shift to grab some bits, including a 4 pack of redbull due to being back on shift tonight and feeling absolutely exhausted. Only to be refused sale of these due to ?not looking 25?, all whilst standing there in my uniform (Ambulance service), I explained I had no ID on me due to just finishing work, and that I?ve never been challenged in this store for redbull previously. The staff members response was rude, snotty and patronising and she removed the item from my shopping. If I wasn?t so tired I?d have asked to speak to a manager to raise the issue.
I then walked to the kiosk on the way out by the exit, and picked up the exact same drinks and was served with no issues. Make it make sense.

Store has gone rapidly downhill, shelves empty , went to cafe and felt uncomfortable as manager spoke to staff appallingly while he walks around just looking busy! He needs to go on management course as surprised any staff left how he belittles them! ( Ben) seems management spend most of time sat in cafe letting the others just run around doing it all! Management need to go on some training courses instead of sitting there on ANOTHER BREAK!! I feel someone more senior needs to step in before loose all the hard working staff ( checkout, click and collect) and store closes down as being run into ground! Management need to realise to respect the staff who do the hard work as without them they may need to get off their arses do some work themselves ! Never shopped anywhere before that I feel I should say something about how staff are spoke to . NEEDS SORTING!!

Never any bags, the very few staff they have are very rude and slow. Never had a good experience here.

I live very close so Morrisons is simply my local. I used to have a cat and I noticed that Morrisons always have some pack of 40 pouches on offer. Tesco don't. They always have one type of toilet roll on offer, They often put Bonne Maman chocolate mousse on offer. I love them for this. I have the More App and did the Christmas and new year spend £40 get loads of points so my last shop was £5.65 with £40.00 in points deducted. I love Morrisons. Friendly staff.

While enjoying a breakfast in Redditch Morrisons I witnessed a manager belittling members of staff and it made me feel very uncomfortable I can?t imagine how they must have felt.

Morrisons needs an overall from the senior managers , the place is getting worse so messy , No sterilization stations dirty trolleys , Staff seem so miserable . Whittnessed one of the staff throwing ice lollies in the fridge . On 4 seperate occasions have been charged twice for one item , sent to separate desk and wait again to be reimbursed after waiting in another queue . The ordering at the cafe is a joke the tea pots are stained food comes out luke warm . Used this store for years but will be taking our customer somewhere else untill things improve
