Rude staff member on self checkout tills. Quickly stopped in this morning after a 13 hour shift to grab some bits, including a 4 pack of redbull due to being back on shift tonight and feeling absolutely exhausted. Store has gone rapidly downhill, shelves empty , went to cafe and felt uncomfortable as manager spoke to staff appallingly while he walks around just looking busy! He needs to go on management course as surprised any staff left how he belittles them! ( Ben) seems management spend most of time sat in cafe letting the others... read full comment
