My previous experience with this particular outlet had been very poor, however it has improved the last few occasions, the fried have seemed fresher, so too have the burgers. Is it under new management?

Really slow service, after about 10 minutes orders disappear off the screen leaving you wondering if your order is still being taken care of. Burger ultimately cold and disappointing.
