It was really busy due to half term, but food was good, chips were hot, and the service was lovely as always. I took the tray to the drop off, and the lady took it off us and wished us a lovely day. So sweet! I did not get her name, but thank you for the lovely service!

Dreadful couldn't get a simple order for 1 right

Dreadful customer service. Went last week Mon 10th, quiet in there. Sauces missing from order so i went back the girl looked at me like an alien and she said so do you want some? Im like err yes thats why they were ordered. She rolls her eyes and gives some dips, still one short, like it was too much effort. Sat down fries half cold also portion was small. Went back again she said i'll replace them. There were a few red hot ones on top the rest still luke warm she clearly only topped it up with a few just cooked and not replaced it so went back again. A lad this time replaced them but they were still only a bit warmer than the first lot. Couldnt be bothered to go up again and burger wasnt too warm either.

It was a lovely place to stop staff friendly, helpful, polite food, hot and delicious everywhere clean , and inviting car park clean and tidy toilets spotless. I struggle with my mobility staff, which were so helpful drive thru fast and efficient

So I have ordered for delivery 3 times now the past 2 months. And in the 3 deliveries there is items missing, cutlery, sauces we payed for, no straw for drinks. And today I feel is the last time I?ll be ordering as a delivery. I have tried calling and had no answer. I had ordered a MCcrispy and it wasn?t with the rest of the food. Hopefully there can be a change and more attention to what is being delivered to people.

This is a revue ot the Oakenshaw Restaurant near Redditch and not a review of the whole business and why do I have to give 1, its not that good
The service is appallingly slow by the staff that cook and serve you, the people you meet who take the order and you pay to are really good, the rest my 5yo grandson could do better than the whole of the rest of them.
Its like they wait for the eggs to be laid between each meal
I watch people leave the drive thru queue EVERY day
If you are going to use the restaurant, take something to entertain you in the queue, as it takes about 15mins to get thru 6 or 7 people in the queue every morning.
I have even been in side, there is a odd person waiting for a order, the staff who make/serve the food just don't care.
Avoid the restaurant like the plague, I would use the KFC the other side of the road except that don't do breakfasts

Been bad since the delivery companies have taken priority. Prices have risen so much it is the same price as the delivery companies now. Food is cold whether you have it delivered or collecting it from restaurant.
