Let's face it, Maccies is now too expensive for what it is. Can't fault the staff in Evreux Way Rugby after I dumped Junction One branch who were beyond rude, but their £1.69 coffee is now £2.69, so the office round got too much per month. You ain't Starbucks, you're supposed to be affordable. Sort it out because I'm happy to not be a customer until you do.

Orderd some breakfast from redditch branch in hope they get it right previous order oakenshaw BOTH ranches again completely wrong gave 2 late when one was supposed to be white coffee. Missed out on porridge completely why can't mcdonalds get take aways right they seem fine when going in but for delivery completely useless they should shut their service and fully train staff then resume WHY can't u read and pick the food that's ordered what is wrong with you guys

It gets busy, tables are often dirty and weekends it tends to be full of mouthy teenagers. It's a maccys!

We have on one occasion had someone elses happy meal delivered by Uber. Uber wont redeliver saying thats the bag they were given by the restaurant. The restaurant wont take responsibility and send the order out. You are refunded 4-5 days after. You re-order and pay 2 delivery fees. Last week we ordered 1 burger and 3 McFlurries. We just got the burger in an enormous bag. Paying over £13 to deliver a £1.49 burger. Still cost £6.33 to deliver Burger. Driver says thats all they gave me. Refund. Ordering system whether you have delivery or go to eat in. Orders stack up on the side. So usually fries are cold and your ice cream has melted. Before you get it picked up or just taken to your table instore. No one takes responsibility. We dont know who is to blame the restaurant or delivery driver. On many occasions its the restaurants lack of care. System doesn?t work. Not using delivery again every 2nd or 3rd delivery is incorrect. Useless

Placed a £40 order for items to be missing when our order had arrived, I would like to say this was the first occasion but I would be lying. I will not be ordering from here whether it be from the MacDonalds app or any other food delivery services. Would highly recommend you forget the convenience and go to collect so that you can check your order before you leave. For anyone's interest I have approached the store on the issue only to be turned away.

Completely the wrong delivery. Phoned Macdonald's and the response was totally rude and blaming Just Eat and Uber and the phone was put down. Now Just Eat and Uber don't cook the food or organise it going out to the drivers. So disappointed, had far too much food delivered which should have gone to whoever ordered it and didn't get mine. So much waste the manager at Macdonald's obviously doesn't care about, let alone customer service. Be very careful if you ever order from here.

The past few weeks I have ordered 2 vegetable deluxe meals and both times they have been meat! The first time was a beef burger, I contacted you with pictures but never heard back and today I ordered one only to get a chicken burger! Is this some kind of sick joke!
