Lovely place with lovely staff.
The woman behind the counter was very friendly and even helped suggest different packaging options on the Royal Mail counter.

Went to collect a parcel. It was delivered there the day before however the man said it wasn't there and to come back later. I walked out. Checked the tracking. It said it was there. So I went back in and showed him, for the man to find it straight away after writing my name down.

Awful service, the worst shop i have ever been to, will never be returning to this shop again. the man on the till was completely rude, he didnt have any clue as to what he was doing. I went there to pick up a parcel which i had a confirmation email to say it was ready for collection, i even had photo evidence that my parcel was in the shop, the man on the till wouldn't evenscan my barcode from my email, i had to tell him my name about 6 times because he didnt or understand any english, he kept telling me that they didnt have my parcel and when i tried to explain and show him my email with the photo evidence he then started to serve the next customer, i had to bring my husband into the shop to try and get my parcel, the man on the till then kept saying he only had parcels for someone called Jordan which wasnt me, after arguing with the man for about 10 minutes he finally found a parcel and said this is all ive got, i showed him the name on the parcel and it was my name, the man clearly had no idea how to run a shop let alone deal with parcels..
