Went on a Sunday evening after a trip to the hospital was a lot quieter than expected as there was only one other group when we entered. Didn't really pick up while we were there either which was a surprise for 5-6pm.
Ordered table service and food arrived quickly. Food was standard KFC, nothing outstanding but you get exactly what you expect every time.
Restaurant was clean and there was plenty of parking.

Just went bought 10 piece family feast bucket and did not get any chicken breast. Not one piece. Had about 3 thighs and the rest was drum stick. Called and was told not guaranteed any breast apparently. Now this is the first time I have had this at any KFC. We always have at least 2 chicken breasts. Was not happy with response and will have to think again before using KFC at Redditch if at all any because apparently it?s on their t and c?s website.

We ordered on the app 15 minutes before arriving at the restaurant. Used drive thru. No-one at the 1st window which was closed. We waited a minute or two then drove thru to 2nd window and gave them our order number. They said we had to drive back round and give it in at the 1st window and if no-one there, 'just wait until there is'. We drove round and literally just gave our order number then drove to the 2nd window again where they THEN told us there would be a 10 minute wait because they, "have no chicken". We asked why, when we had placed and paid for our order over 15 minutes ago. The answer was, "we just haven't" and a shrug. No apology. The attitude of the staff was that we were a nuisance and causing them to have to do something.
We waited more than 20 minutes after that, meanwhile watching delivery drivers arrive and leave with their orders. Clearly they had SOME chicken! The chicken was actually okay when we finally got it home but we won't use this place again. We'll find a branch with less surly staff.

Don't waste time here. Ordered 15 minutes ahead on the app. Arrived at first window but nobody was there. Drove to next window and was told I had to drive round again. Drove round again and was told there is a 15 minute wait. I already ordered and paid 15 minutes ago. Will not use the KFC ever again!!!!

Food missing from our delivery order and when we phoned up were told that we would have to visit the restaurant to get the missing items. Even though it was their mistake. No offer of a refund or redelivery. So non existent customer service and no interest in rectifying their mistake.

Chicken was fresh, a bit of a wiat but definitely worth it, cuz the chicken was crispy, but the hot wings seemed a bit on the smaller side, nevertheless it still banged.

absolutely devastated tried to call because my son wanted a kfc after his 2 hour footy training,LOL he worked his socks off for this but this kfc didn't answer and we had to get a mac Donald's for my little sugar boo i don't recommend this stupid place and i hope my pookie son never encounters this

Bought ×4 Snak boxes for the kids. When we got home and opened then there was barely anything in them. Apologised to the children and made them some sandwiches. Will not be using again.

Wow, me and my friends come here pretty much every Saturday. It has ignited out friendship to a bond that will never be broken . The staff are so friendly and helpful. The place feels like home
