Went in looking for new balance trainers. Had some lovely staff member come up to me asking if I need help, allowed me to try on loads of shoes till i found the right ones as i have lymphoedema and shoes that fit properly can be really hard to find.
He advised me on the best shoes for me and whether they would help.
After I had decided, he took them straight to the till where they sorted it all out fast for me.
Lovely service from Harison, Joel and Halle.

Visited with my daughter today. The two male assistants were unhelpful, and more interested in their social conversations, than serving. Then, disappeared into the back and left us waiting to try trainers. We gave up and left, Disappointing attitudes from both of them. Will not visit this store again.

I purchased two pairs of Adidas sneakers from the store. As far as I could see, there were two staff members on duty. The assistant was helpful, but his demeanour was laconic. The online store has more choice and sizing IF YOU Don'T NEED to try the shoes on. The Birmingham store is also better staffed and has more choice. One thing I noticed about this and other UK retailers is that they put non-discounted stock on ?offer? shelves/rails. Be careful.

I'd give zero stars but can't comment then ,,needs some actual adults in the place who can answer questions on products they sell th3 sizes the prices the attitude of the teenager staff ,,it's all over the place shocking realy all the clothes mixed up on wrong hangers so sizes aren't right returning things that said small mens for.my.son because the clothes aren't thos3 sizes it's a joke ,,,gon3 down hill

Appalling service. Stood and waited for assistance, asked for help three times and was ignored or fobbed off despite seeing several staff wandering around either aimlessly, passing the buck or actively avoiding having to help.Also disappointed that a discount code I'm eligible to use can only be done on line and also on selected lines.
