Food was honestly delicious. Nice, fresh & hot. Staff are incredibly friendly and professional especially the young girls serving me. Very clean and hygienic and when i ordered gluten free was dealt with so professionally so there was no cross contamination. Will definitely be coming again. Thank you!

I live in Bournemouth. I used to life 100 yards from the inn plaice. I was surprised it was still there. The owner is very welcoming. The service is absolutely excellent. Even after twenty years of being away, it is still the best in Redditch.

Ordered regular chips and small curry cost £6 extortion chips were soggy and freezing cold and curry sauce had no flavour literally water that was microwaved. Absolutely shocking never again ?

Have been going to this chip shop for over 30 years and the standard has really dropped in the last few years. The portion sizes are appalling and the chips often look reheated - maybe ones they haven?t sold at lunch?
When Louis isn?t there the place is run by a bunch of kids. You expect some youngsters to lack confidence but it?s like they?ve been drained of any personality.. Feel like there is a bullying culture in there which needs stamping out - one girl looks terrified in case she gets something wrong. Really sad as had been best chip shop in Redditch - now like visiting a school canteen being run by the pupils. Sort it out - although will be trying elsewhere.
