Turned up for a quick car wash before heading out for the day.
£21 for a full clean / door sills /inside windows and out , fantastic service.
The staff are also very polite and professional, always happy to help

Broke my rear parking sensor and despite multiple attempts to contact them and gain some support I heard nothing. Called the location despite leaving voicemails no reply. and likewise CS email centrally. Wasn?t looking for compensation, just wanted some help. Shame seems like a good service / product otherwise

Thought I'd give this place another chance after a not great experience, and it is even worse! The car is absolutely filthy, front bumper was barely touched, rear bumper covered in dirty water marks and windows not even remotely clean. Check the photos.

I've always had my car washed here for the last 5 years or more.
Originally the pre wash guy was very thorough, understood the areas of the car that the actual car wash wouldn't clean and put the required effort in to clean those - back then, the end result was very good.
As a rule, I only go when it's quiet, no queue = no rush = better job - if there's a queue I just drive by and try again later in the week.
Now though, the pre wash guy is totally disinterested. Last two occasions he hasn't applied the pre wash correctly, the rear window under the spoiler of my SUV has been filthy, same with the top of the rear bumper.
Not sure what's happened there, it's not the same, the wash is now very poor quality.
I'm not one to complain, I just cleaned those dirty parts myself when I got home, but it's been on my mind ever since.
In recent months I paid £20 for the ceramic and got really poor service. Also the ceramic, that's a waste, the hd product lasts just as long (3-4weeks max) and is a reasonable £12
If it was my business I'd be closely supervising the pre wash guy and providing hands on training on doing the job right.
It's highly likely that I'll find somewhere else in future, which is a shame because this used to be exactly what I wanted from a car wash.

I paid £12 for Rain Guard but part way through everything shut down for about 30 seconds. Very conveniently when it started back up it had reset what I had paid for to the cheaper triple foam the driver in front had purchased. Water pressure dropped so still soap all over the car. I expect to get what I have paid for and not feel robbed.
