I have a bank credit check and I want to cancel it but the staff told me they can't do it. I said other banks can do it. They just said they couldn't do it.

This branch of the bank is a failure, I go to pay money, I hurry during a break and the machine does not work there and you inform me that I can pay at the post office - this branch is a big mistake, a failure

As a First Direct customer, I?m supposed to use the HSBC high street bank - oh dear, what a disappointment! Surly and deliberately unhelpful staff. I was even told that asking for a certified copy of a passport required all the individuals to be present...even though they are simply confirming that the copy of the passport is genuine. Never mind, straight down to the Post Office who obliged with a smile

A town centre branch of this popular bank. The banking hall has a wheelchair ramp to the front door. There is usually a member of staff standing just inside the door to help people find the services they need. There are paying-in machines and three staffed service points with a single queuing system. Service is generally quite speedy and the staff are usually most amiable.
