Went in the other day to ask about some tyres and Marcus had a look on the computer knowing that they didn't have the size like he was doing me a favour didn't say I will order you some in like the service I've had before from the old service manager has done. And said your best to go to quick fit amazing customer service advising for another company ?

Called in today with what I thought was a slow puncture. My tyre was checked by a very pleasant young man. He cleaned the rim and did all the necessary checks, could not find any problem. When asked the price was told no charge. Thank you so much. Will definitely be back when new tyres are needed.

I have been shopping in this place for more than 25 years, It Has now changed ownership.
Asked for a quote on two tires, Shopped around a bit , they were the cheapest quote
Had the tires fitted 3 days late and was charged £10 More than the quote With the excuse things go up if i had been told about this before tyres were fitted I would not have had them as your price was moor than other places I had a quote from. I know it's only£10 But the only reason I brought the tires from there was based upon The quote from 3 days earlier.
I have used every service you offer for over 25 years service, mot, exhaust, battery and tyres.
I will never use this place again.

Had a MOT booked and I was accidentally late. I caused the issue but shout-out to both Luke and Marcus who went above and beyond to help. They didn't need to help but help make the rest of my day easy.

My wife's car was serviced at Hi Q Redditch. After getting home I found the sump guard in the boot together with the retaining clips that were all broken. Nothing had been said and no attempt had been made the replacement the broken clips. Promises were made that replacements would be provided but this never happened I eventually purchased them for £65. Hi Q fitted them and gave a small discount off a tyre but I ended up £40 out off pocket.
My car recently went in for a full service. I reported that there was a grating noise coming from the rear nearside brake.
On collection I was told that noise was due to the pads being worn, down to 3mm but didn't need changing. While driving home the noise immediately reoccured.
I took the car to another garage who identified that the inside nearside brake pad was completely worn out and the noise was the metal of the brake pad rubbing directly on the brake disc.
This dangerous situation required new discs and pads and should have been indified by Hi Q - especially I I'd highlighted the problem.
This unacceptable workmanship and the attitude of the receptionist desk would not have happened under the previous management and after 20+ years we won't use or recommend this company.

Disappointed, I?ve been using this garage for many years and have always felt comfortable and happy with any service from Brad and the team. However, an issue cropped up at my last MOT with the car that was directly the fault of the garage, they hadn?t realised this at the time of informing me and quoted £400 for a new oil sump pan, to which I replied it didn?t seem fair for me to be paying as they had broken it. I was reassured by the new manager who was personable and friendly that it would be investigated and the problem solved, over following months both myself and my husband inquired but got brushed off each time for different reasons and never heard back from them. Silly because I realise people make mistakes and I wasn?t angry just upset at the cost I would have to pay at someone else?s mistake when money is tight, this could have easily been solved but it?s been ignored instead.

Walked in without an appointment & staff were very friendly and happy to help. They arranged for my two tyres to be changed and a repair on another tyre that same afternoon no problems. Reception was clean and warm while I waited. Cost was very reasonable ??

I?ve used Hi-Q Redditch for a couple of decades. When Brad was running the show, it was a good, trustworthy and reliable garage. Unfortunately it?s just not now and the money they want for simple jobs, ridiculous. I can?t trust them anymore and so sadly I won?t be recommending them, nor using them again. Brad built up such a good reputation for his garage, but after a matter of months of him being gone, it?s ruined. Such a shame.
