Outstanding Customer Service ? Thank You, Andy!
I had an absolutely brilliant customer experience today, thank you, Andy!
I came into the store looking for roof bars after mine had broken just two days before I was due to go on holiday. I was advised to speak to Andy, and I?m so glad I did ? he completely exceeded my expectations.
Andy spent over an hour with me, patiently answering all my questions, checking stock online, and exploring options for the three vehicles I have access to. Throughout the entire process, he stayed focused on finding a solution while maintaining a warm, empathetic, and approachable manner.
What impressed me most was that Andy didn?t just say, ?we don?t have the stock? and send me on my way. Instead, he went above and beyond to make sure I left with a clear plan and peace of mind.
Andy is an absolute asset to Halfords, and his dedication and customer service deserve recognition. Five-star service all the way, thank you again, Andy!

Didn't receive a email or call to say bike was ready to be collected.
Bike also wasnt put together correctly! As well as extras wasn't put on ready to be collected and was told I was being charged more for them to fit them!

Went in to the Redditch branch to look for a car seat. It was very busy at the time we went in and we went to queue to ask if anyone could help. There was a lovely man who was dealing with s another customer who overheard and said he would be able to help us in a moment.
He came over and could not have been more helpful! He even tried the seat in our car and took time to show us how it all worked as there were all sorts of different buttons!
We purchased the seat so he went and got us a brand new one from out the back and fitted that one in the car for us too!
I think his name was Scott and was just covering that store for the day as they were short staffed. His knowledge and customer service skills were 10/10. He didn't rush us every though he was clearly busy. What a great experience!!! He really put our minds at rest that we had chosen a safe seat for our little girl :)

-?? Absolutely useless, booked over the phone for my son?s bike to be checked as he had issues with the bottom bracket.
Arrived at the store and was told the African on the phone shouldn?t have made the booking as they do not do bottom bracket replacements!
Only interested in cancelling my booking and wouldn?t ever darken their doors again.
I worked for Halfords back in 2006 and can certainly say they were a hundred times better back then.

When I bought my Voodo Bizango mountain bike from Halfords I added their ?silver? cycle care plan to the order. I was in two minds about paying the extra but thought that it might be worth it.
I dropped off the bike this week and collected it today.
On seeing the bike after the service I thought that it was the wrong one, it looked so clean and new that I thought there must have been a mix up. To my amazement it was mine, looking as sparkling as new!
All credit to Joshua for working on the bike and for completing this transformation. All aspects of the silver service were completed to the highest standard. It looks, feels and even smells like new!
Everything works perfectly and it?s once again a pleasure to ride. Joshua has excellent interpersonal skills, a real credit to his workplace and an excellent ambassador for Halfords. Well done Joshua and many thanks!
