Rude, Unprofessional and AggressiveI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Hair Creations and the hairstylist Shala. My negative reviews keep disappearing, indicating a possible attempt to suppress honest feedback. My experience with Shala was unprofessional, and the haircut did not meet my expectations. She became aggressive when I voiced that I was unhappy. I request that the management address this issue promptly to ensure transparency and allow customers to share their experiences openly.I also witnessed her being rude to others.

I've been going to Shola for years now and my hair is in the best condition it's ever been and the best its ever looked. My extensions are so seamless and natural no one ever believes I have them until I point them out. She's so knowledgeable and kind I'd recommend her to anyone

Where do I begin.....I searched so many places to get the best extentions and best person to do them. WELL, boy did I find the most amazing women shona in redditch to do the job ? she was so kind, caring, really precise and listened to everything I said and wanted. Her service is 100% amazing, gave such amazing advice and her knowledge is unbelievable. Shola is such an amazing hair dresser and a lovely person, she has saved my hair and made me more comfortable and confident with it! I came to her with dead dry hair that was breaking off..she managed to get it healthy again and it?s finally grown to the length I love! With the help of her hair extensions along the way, she always gives my hair the love it needs and has so many different products in her salon to suit all hair types to help, I?ve never had a hairdresser that has helped this much, I would very strongly recommend if you are looking for a hairdresser to fix up your hair or if you are just looking for extensions they are very good quality ?

I booked in at Hair Creations to have my bond hair extensions taken otu and put back in. I had the most wonderful experience there. Not only was Shola super lovely, she got me two appointments on two days next to each other. I had a treatment on my hair, my hair redyed and the extensions put back in. She was precise in where she put them. Asked how i felt and cut my hair to frame my face, I couldn't be happier with my experience and hair.
