Sandra has been amazing over the last few weeks, helping us to obtain a cash passport and load money onto it and arranging the cash in the denominations we wanted. Our grandchildren even got a biscuit while we waited for her to count it out. Very helpful and professional service, we will definitely go again for any currency needed. Brilliant customer service
