My phone broke so I went in to get a new one. After at least 15 minutes of wasting my time discussing what phone I wanted and what contract etc they decided that they can?t give me a new phone as they can?t send any documents to me as the only way to do that is on my old phone which was broken. Surely they should be able to help if someone comes in with a broken phone, I can?t imagine it?s a rare occurrence. So I decided to move to Three instead who were much more helpful and gave me a new phone in half an hour

Staff member we dealt with was unhelpful, arrogant and seemed like dealing with my husband was an inconvenience to his day! My husband did not upgrade his phone as he knew he could get a much better deal on the EE website so that's exactly what he did.

I had to replace my old iPhone with a new one bought in Tesco. They were unable to transfer data from the old phone to the new one.
We have recently had a tragic few weeks with the death of our grandson.
On Sunday May 19th we went to the EE store in Redditch and spent over an hour with Mohammed, who set up our new phone. He was very professional, sympathetic and understanding of our needs.
He went far beyond the call of duty. The manager was extremely efficient. We were overcome by the service and unexpected kindness we received at a very sensitive time. 5 stars doubled. Thankyou.
