Ordered from them as a new years treat, wouldn't usually but as it was a special occasion spent a bit extra then we normally would. Was sent the wrong sides, took a photo and contacted them to this date I still haven't had a reply or acknowledgement of my complaint. Very disappointed.

Around 15 years of custom, at least one family order per month.
Every new year for the last 6 years we have ordered Dominos with our friends and their children. We did the same this year and they forgot one of four pizzas. The delivery lady was rude and snappy as though she wasn?t expecting to deliver pizzas, even though she got a delivery job. We tried calling immediately but nobody answered. We filled in an online form and were told they would refund the forgotten pizza.
The pizza we ordered the previous time took over an hour and was warm at best. The same delivery driver had logged our order as delivered 15 minutes prior to delivery. We were told we could have a free item next time we ordered. We tried to add a free item by calling them and because the manager wasn?t available, they wouldn?t authorise it.
All of this could have been dealt with so much better. Their customer care is appalling and their delivery drivers don?t want to deliver, and make it quite clear to the customer that they are an inconvenience!

I ordered a Pepperoni Passion from here and it was disgusting and dry, no tomato sauce, the dough wasn't cooked properly.
I called them up and to be honest the guy was really nice and made me another pizza and they messed it up AGAIN. The second pizza again had that uncooked dough taste.
Never ordering from again. Shame because I've been ordering from this Domino's for 13 years. Garbage.
5 stat for customer service though.

Hadn't been for a while and was looking forward to it but was really let down . All the tomato base was near the crust and so the middle was dry bread and cheese which left a slightly burnt taste in my mouth. There are better options out there nowadays especially for that price.

I recently ordered from Domino's in Redditch and had an excellent experience! The pizza was delivered hot and fresh, with the perfect balance of toppings and a delicious, crispy crust. The delivery was super quick, and the driver was very friendly. I especially appreciate the variety of options on the menu, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. Overall, top-notch service and fantastic food. Highly recommend!
