Cannot recommend Dixons Redditch enough! Amanda & Lisa have been amazing with helping me and my partner purchase our first home! They have kept me up to date in every aspect of this purchase! Lisa has gone above and beyond, even helped us go through our paperwork together and stayed over to do this! They have both kept me calm through this process and reassured me when I've been stressed! Nothing is ever too much for them! I would 100% purchase a house from them in the future! They are not only an absolute pleasure to deal with but an asset to the company! We found our dream starter home via Dixons. Impeccable people skills (shout out to you, Megan), friendly, but professional service. A great balance ? Every interaction with Dixons / Megan a positive one. I would grade Megan an E. (E for Excellent service). If we move again in future, we hope to get a similar person to oversee everything.

Highly recommend Dixons estate agents to anyone! Especially first time renters/buyers!Me and my partner was looking at renting our first home together, we was so uneducated and didn?t know what to expect but Dixons was a godsend!I had my eye on a house in my childhood neighbourhood so I applied, not thinking that we?d actually get the house but we did!We had 2 lovely lady?s helping us called Megan and holly and they both was amazing!! Megan showed us around the house and answered all questions for us, and holly was brilliant especially over the phone! I dread to think how many times I kept calling but holly always answered politely and answered all my questions. Definitely felt so comfortable with Dixons! Highly recommend!
