I have used Cruise.co.uk for many years and always deal with Alana Mills. Alana is always polite, finds out everything I need and comes back to me quickly. The tailor made trips are very well organised and are good value for money. I know I can rely on Alana and Cruise.co.uk for excellent service.

Having booked many cruises with Cruise Co.uk to many places in the world I now find that the personal touch you always had has gone because they have got to big to quick and it feels that when you ask Questions or want clarification they skirt around the query and pass you from pillar to post but don?t actually sort the problem!!!!!! And when I?m told you will be able to add extra baggage on the app no problem at any time and then cannot because cruise co of loaded you to a third party person when setting up your flights and then will not talk to you!! I think is basically incompetent,and when travelling to the other side of the world for back to back cruises and internal flights you need it all to work not just bits!!!!!!!!!!!

I've booked loads of cruises with cruise. Co.uk .I've always found it a brilliant company, prices brilliant , staff brilliant UNTIL you have a problem and then it's easier to bang your head on a brick wall than get a straight answer from anyone.I've got a cruise booked with them at the moment BUT I will never ever book with them again. If you want to speak to loads of people and get no where if you have a problem, then this is the company for you ,but never again for me
