poor pharmacy, whenever you ask for something they often claim supply problems and when pressed can easily order in. Just yesterday asked for something and they trotted out this same line and found it easily at another store. poor attitude but i guess these are not essential medicines so probably adequate for that .

Terrible service, used this pharmacy twice for an emergency inhaler. The first occasion the pharmacist was rude and over charged the standard price for an inhaler. On the second time the pharmacist refused an inhaler and was again was rude.Leaving my partner on a Friday night without an inhaler for the weekend. No care or advise was offered, the man just shuck his head and said No! Would not recommend this shabby chemist to anyone!

I use this pharmacy for my prescriptions to get sent to electronically. They are always really helpful and have your prescriptions ready quickly.great atmosphere and lovely staff/pharmacists ?

Poor service. Pharmacist's are likely good but the weekend cashier straight up lies to your face about stock and being unable to get any stock.

Was one of the better pharmacies. They used to offer a friendly and personalised service and if there was ever an error it's sorted out right away. Now, not so much. Prescription services are a nightmare and have frequently been left without certain medications and told that there?s no drivers or that it will have to wait until someone is in the area. I?ve also had prescriptions waiting for delivery for up to a week (including important meds like salbutamol and antibiotics). Constantly having to chase them up or nothing ever happens. Even if I?ve ordered in good time, I?m finding myself having to wait until the driver gets around to delivery, then to be spoken to dismissively on the phone and told to order in good time. Extremely dismissive about the importance of the medication. Promises of call backs that never happen. Have even received an empty box of one of my medicines and even a prescription for pain meds ?go missing? which meant that I endured days of withdrawals from my pain meds.

Absolutely shocking today. Rang to speak to the pharmacist today about interactions with medications and I was left shocked, said she didn't want to bother checking the interactions between 3 medications as it would be wasting her time?! Was argumentative and extremely rude. I've always been told you could contact a pharmacy for help and advice on medications. Never will I ever use this pharmacy again. Left 1 star as couldn't leave no stars!

Left me without essential medication despite promising a delivery. This pharmacy used to be so good and could be relied upon but the standard of care has declined to being poor. Such a shame and has left me with a problem today.

Recently I have been left without my meds for several days due to them not requesting my repeat prescription in time.Point in case 09.52 on 31/08 called and asked them to send accoss this was not done until 01/09. Called today to be told it was out for delivery tonight. Well it's now 21.25 so I left without meds again.

I have my meds delivered. When I phone and speak to the pharmacy, they are always very polite and helpful.the delivery drivers all have a smile on their faces all.around a nice pharmacy to deal with .

This is the best pharmacy I have ever used in Redditch! Their opening hours are the most flexible that I have found and the staff are always willing to go that extra mile to assist you. Their delivery service is excellent and they?re also very helpful if you have specific delivery requirements, like days of the week and time windows (bearing in mind that they alternate areas of Redditch on certain days, depending on how many drivers they have that day). The staff are always friendly and make a point to get to know their customers, which I personally think is one of the keys to excellent customer service. I?m always able to chat to them and they?re never too busy or fob you off (which is good because I talk A LOT!). They have always gone above and beyond in my case as I have had a rough few months in addition to Lockdown and they will always make sure I?m ok when I see them. I highly recommend them, I told my parents how good they are because they were constantly having issues with the pharmacies they were using, so they have now switched and have been very happy with the service they now receive. I collect my prescriptions regularly weekly and they usually have it ready when I get there, which is generally as soon as they open. It?s also really easy to switch to them, especially if you have a copy of your repeat prescription. And all it takes is either a call to them to order your medication (if it?s not an automatic issue from your surgery) or, as I do, order online (I use Patient Access and Evergreen, you need to register for these facilities with your surgery if they don?t offer it on their own surgery website). I can?t say enough good things about the pharmacy, the staff are so nice and always happy and ready to help. I mustn?t exclude the chaps, they?re on the go constantly but will still have a smile and a quick chat as they go! I can?t name them all because I?d hate to miss anyone out but whoever recruits for County makes excellent choices!

Terrible service completely let down. Phoned on Friday 20-03-2020 about my prescription to be delivered. I was told by the female on the phone it would be delivered Monday 23-03-2020 it did not arrive! It still had not arrived by Thursday 26-03-2020 so I phoned and spoke to the same lady, she said it would be delivered Friday 27-03-2020 I said can you please put urgent she said yes it will definitely be delivered! I even phoned on Friday morning to remind them and was told yes it will be delivered today the 27-03-2020. It did not arrive! I called Sat morning and the same lady answered the phone I gave her my name and address and she hung up on me, the phone was then engaged. I now have no tablets left! Please can you deliver my medicine it is urgent!
