Went here with my mom today & the man that served me was lovely, he even offered to carry bags as we was walking outside because we was struggling & he was on his break. Not many nice people like that left in the world, thankyou xx

Never been to a costa with such poor service. Barely a look up from all the staff. No smile, hello, goodbye. Milk frothed then more milk added half way through. Then milk burnt. Coffee so bitter compared to normal costas. Staff also chewing gum. Terrible.

Yesterday me and my partner went to tht Costa which is in the Middle of Kingfisher...
We ordered only two coffe... but the tray and the spoons we got next to our drinks were litterally dirty
.. full of crumbs and it was visible that somebody used our spoons before and we got it without washing them up. Obviously the tables were dirty too.
Disgusting.
Take that 5* hygene rate down.

Usual Costa menu, freindly staff, very busy, but plenty of seating in store or outside in the shopping centre.
Parking: In the Kingfisher Centre, so parking in their car parks.

What a lovely welcome I had from the three ladies. An emotional day for me but they chatted. Smiled. And get me a much needed lift. Coffee was nice too :-)

Drinking in cups was grubby ran out of medium take away ones floor was dirty tables had glasses on em and only one member of staff running around. Not exactly cheap either especially when u get a cup half full the rest is foam.Parking: Parking 3Wheelchair accessibility: Wide door bu

Very handy coffee shop if you are popping into Redditch town centre which always feels light and airy.
