Went here with my mom today & the man that served me was lovely, he even offered to carry bags as we was walking outside because we was struggling & he was on his break. Not many nice people like that left in the world, thankyou xx

Never been to a costa with such poor service. Barely a look up from all the staff. No smile, hello, goodbye. Milk frothed then more milk added half way through. Then milk burnt. Coffee so bitter compared to normal costas. Staff also chewing gum. Terrible.

Yesterday me and my partner went to tht Costa which is in the Middle of Kingfisher... We ordered only two coffe... but the tray and the spoons we got next to our drinks were litterally dirty .. full of crumbs and it was visible that somebody used our spoons before and we got it without washing them up.
