Just ordered 2 cheese and onion baguettes. Staff couldn't find them on the till and then tried to charge £3.50 each instead of £3. When the baguette came it tasted stale. Also, there was no butter on the baguette. Who makes a cheese baguette with no butter? Not impressed with the food. Staff were pleasant.

I went in there for lunch today + chose the crinkle chips with cheese as advertised on the menu. I ordered this at the counter to be told they only have chunky chips + the photos on the menu are not what they serve. Is this false advertising? Surely what is on the menu they should be serving?
