very unhelpful .I know I,ve worn these boots so you don't really know if these are going to be comfy or not it's different when you try them on in the shop .I,m on my feet 6 to 7 hours a day with my job and these boots were so painful I could hardly walk .these boots cost £40 and that was in the sale .but now I can't wear them as there so painful .when I phoned up and explained the situation all I got told was because I,ve worn them I can't return them because they can't re sell them or send them back to manufacturers .if at the time I knew they were going to be so painful when I bought them then I wouldn't of bought them .Now I have a pair of boots I can't wear all because Humphreys say I can't return them .

We thanked the staff in person but wanted to compliment them again here! Iyla? Not sure on spelling. was incredible and we were really taken back by her customer service skills and attentiveness. She went above and beyond to make sure we walked away with the best possible option and not just the quickest one. she even took the time to show my son how to do his laces! Absolutely lovely person. Nice friendly staff. Toddler shoes were 3 (£38) times the price in store compared with buying directly from Clark?s(£12) So my advice would be always double check ! Especially when they will only be worn for 4-6 weeks!

I went to Humphries in Redditch and received excellent service from Donna. I had her running up and downstairs fetching different sizes and different styles for a good ½hr. I was enough to try the patience of a Saint but Donna did it with a smile on her face and couldn't have been more helpful and I eventually came out of the shop with a new pair of shoes!

This shop goes above & beyond to assist you with your queries. I've had to do mine mainly online this year, due to 15yo son, diagnosed as autistic. He chose inappropriate school shoes fm M&S, after having his feet measured. They didn't last 4wks. Remembered Humphries, as we used to go to, and they couldn?t have been more helpful, considerate and professional if they tried. Eventually, got some appropriate, durable, sturdy school shoes for him, which they assisted me with over-the-phone, taking up a lot of their time.

We went to buy some shoes for work. I was so impressed with the time taken to advise on the correct fit and sizing. The gentleman had worked in store for a considerable time and he was so thorough, a quality I have not come across for a long time. I would thoroughly recommend

Was a great experience. Was shopping for my mom-in- laws shoes for her up and coming 100th birthday in June. The selection was amazing ! The young lady who helped us was bubbly,efficient ,knowledgeable about the stock. Unfortunately didn't get her name but GREAT SERVICE!!! ended up buying 2 pairs ,and my mom-in -law was thrilled to bits .
