The staff or whoever is sooo rude, it doesn?t match her outfit wearing this very colourful festive Christmas attire on the 23rd of December. Why are people wearing festive attire, but then their face looks so miserable and unhappy? just wondering.

My daughter had her ears pierced by Kerry at the redditch store yesterday, brilliant job made my daughter feel so comfortable and at ease and so so patient with her , Kerry is the most loveliest person to be served by in this store she always makes everyone around her so happy and they leave with a smile

I very rarely write a review, but on this occasion felt moved to write one following particularly outstanding customer service received from one of your staff, Kerry.
My daughter has been wanting her ears pierced for some time. We visited Claires in Redditch where Kerry assisted with the purchase. My daughter was so excited at having her ears pierced, it was a very special moment for her and made her feel so grown up.
We initially felt very apprehensive and didn?t want anything to go wrong. Kerry was so confident, reassuring and advising at each step. Very much appreciated.
My daughter received a free bottle of ear care solution with the purchase, to prevent infection and promote healing.
My daughter was so pleased, it was a real treat for her. She loved looking at all the lovely earrings in the store with Kerry.
Myself, Dad and Ellie re-visited Claire?s a month later to choose some earrings with the £10 voucher.
Kerry was so approachable and friendly. My daughter warmed to her and together they chose a pair of earrings. My daughter loves them.
Kerry is a credit to your company, her helpful and friendly manner made our day.

Absolute disgrace, got my Daughters ears pierced, got told the earings range from £30, i chose a £30 earing but still got charged £43, paid full amount and realised I got charged for solution which I didn't have to buy! KERRY needs to be sacked for robbing people.

My daughter got her ears pierced at the Redditch branch and the 2 staff that did it were brilliant at chatting to her and keeping her calm through the whole process. A week later one of her earrings got knocked out accidently and I couldn't get it back in myself so I went into the same branch and the girl there tried to do it by hand but it had already started healing over the couple of hours it had been out. The girl was amazing and repierced it using the gun with a new earring in and was lovely enough not to charge me.

I took my daughter in to have her ears pierced. And the girl who came over was very young I would say about 16, I was shocked that a supposedly reputable company would allow i.a member of staff of that age to cary out a surgical procedure especially on an 8year old child. I questioned this with the manager who stated that all staff are fully trained, I didn't doubt this but I would have expected that staff would only perform a piercing when they have had plenty of experience or at least be supervised. The manager begrudgingly agreed to do the piercing herself, however she was that stroppy she resulted in banging the cupboard doors on the unit, slamming the equipment down on the table and was very short with me when answering my questions I decided to leave. I managed to get it done in Superdrug, lovely staff and cheaper too.

Way overpriced to be pierced with a gun rather than a needle, only needed one ear repierced & was quoted 40£, went down the road and got both earrings and ear repierced for 20£. The ?cleaning solution? is a con given I have had 10+ piercings and salt water is suffice. Visit a piercer x

My daughter and I had a fantastic experience in Claire?s Redditch today. Mostly thanks to Kelly who was amazing! She pierced my ears too, barely felt them go in!Would highly recommend- this store is very well stocked, the team are super friendly too x

Bought gold plated earrings for £50 - they are really bad quality and the store won?t provide a refund, a gift card OR replacements. Never shopping at a Claires again, AVOID.
