Okay where to startI have bought a laptop from this store a few months back unfortunately the store sold a faulty laptopwhen I brought back the laptop to the shop I was tolled by the it might be issue with software of the laptop.So I dropped my laptop on the 09 09 2023 for warranty repair and now the date is 29 09 2023 more than 3 weeks and the still haven't repair my laptop

Went into this shop as I needed to offload a Tv from a man who lets just say looked like the hamburger thief from McDonald?s.Anyway Steve from behind the counter told me he was not prepared to offer me anything as when he turned the tv on it had the KFC menu on it.Steve made me feel like a mugSolid 3 out of 10RegardsJosh

Paid 79 quid for a small laptop so i can get onto apps what i cant use properly on my phone so make things a bit easier.The laptop come it was filthy, wouldn't connect to wifi, the cursor pad was broken and more broken in the bottom left corner, obviously a child has had it and broke it, these people should have never been able to sell this on!! Iv just had to pay to send this back so expecting my refund. What a waste of everyones time. Why do us humans have to be so greedy?

Staff are always very helpful and always try to find what your looking for and if they cant find it in their store they will try another branch and order it inThey always give guarantees with their items (within reason)unlike some stores like this one that buy and sell who will only give a few days if your luckyAnd if you have any problems with your items you can contact them or pop in and they will do their best to sort it out for you
