We bought helium latex balloons in Cardiff before travelling to Redditch and they completed scammed us. They charged us for something we didn?t receive and when we went to Redditch to explain what had happened Laura sorted it all out for us and was amazing.

I guess it depends on what you want from shops , but I?m not interested in pointless chit chat, endless upselling and fill in this feedback when there?s a long queue of people waiting to be served. Just my opinion but if there?s a long queue be polite but get the queue sorted as fast as you can. I appreciate the staff member was alone serving, why is it stores never seem to have enough staff on a weekend, but if I hadn?t really needed the card I would have given up.
