There was only two members of staff on dealing with restaurant, drive through and uber orders yet the shop was spotless, food was hot and really nice. Leah and Lilly ran their restaurant very very well!

I?m very disappointed with the service during my recent visit. We were waiting for our delivery for over 20 minutes while the staff member in the kitchen was on his phone, completely ignoring the situation. During this time, customers kept messaging us about the delay, and despite us being physically present, he didn?t bother to communicate or take any action. This kind of behaviour shows a lack of professionalism and urgency, especially when customers are waiting and orders are pending. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures better supervision and focus from the staff in the future.

Food was great and service good considering there were over 20 takeaway delivery drivers hounding the staff and crowding the counters and taking up all the chairs. It looked like a delivery driver social club. Very intimidating and off putting. We ate quickly and left. A better system must be put in place. I feel this is mirrored at most fast food restaurants nationwide.

I went to the drive through with a friend , tried to make 2 separate orders so we could pay separately to be told it?s one order per car, asked to speak to manager and was fobbed off with he?s on holiday , never heard of it as a few days before I made 2 orders from a car , need to sack that member of staff
