John and his team have been providing all aspects of the accountancy for my business since 2018 and I have nothing but praise for them all.The support I had throughout the pandemic regarding government grants / furlough etc was excellent. Being a Care Home, it was quite different from most businesses, but John?s expertise made the process as straightforward as it could have been.Thank you to the whole team, nothing is ever too much trouble and I value the support you provide.

I can't praise them highly enough and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.They are always there with any advise needed resulting in me feeling fully supported and very confident my accounts are being looked after to the highest level possible.

John Brotherton has been my accountant since I started working independently in 2012 - at the time I contacted a few accountants and chose John because I felt that he was honest and trustworthy and genuinely interested in my business. My views about John haven't changed. I totally trust him. I find John and Ricky very approachable and reliable. They are available to answer any queries that I have. They produce accurate accounts for me each year. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my accounts now!

I have been using Brotherton Accountants now for about 8 years and I can?t recommend them highly enough. All of the staff are very friendly and always willing to help when I need advice. I don?t feel like they are just there to do the accounts and take the money, They genuinely care about you and your company and do what they can to help you grow. I would recommend them to anyone.

Have always provided a good level of service, but recently they have helped me seamlessly intergrate Xero software into my business, they've taken the time to give full tutorials rather than having to just download it and figure it out yourself, any issues i've had navigating it (and there's been a few) have been sorted with an easy remote session, if a face to face meeting wasn't convenient. Having the ability to tap into advice on the go, means i can concentrate more on the day to day running of my business, which im grateful for...

I first went to John and his team back in 2018. My previous accountants left my business accounts in a mess (after they dissolved their company without notifying me) and I was left with a serious VAT issue. I had several meetings with John and he stripped it back to basics on what I needed to do going forward and together we rectified the accounts. I cannot thank John enough, he is extremely professional along with Ricky who I deal with from time to time and Nancy from payroll is lovely! I highly recommend this company as they go the extra mile for their clients. 10/10 company and so glad I found them!!
