Getting expensive, usually buy a few bits but the Shampoo by Simple is DOUBLE the price of Savers, £1.99 vs. 99p. Should do better....

We got glared at the whole time by the staff and made us uncomfortable just bc we wanted to give back a lipgloss with the receipt also it was 10 yr old girls getting glared at and they was only trying to look at the makeup and sprays but once the other staff pressed a button behind the till and shouted LIV and then she came out of a door and stared at my kids only because they walked in the shop to look at sprays and makeup absolutely disgusting by a Middle Aged woman with red hair

I was in body care Redditch, i was looking for an item so I ask a lady she was very helpful and took me straight to item, then at the till a pleasent lad helped me find another item I wanted and served me, what fantastic, polite and helpful staff at Redditch branch this was at 17.07 today 19.2.20
