Been staying here all week and the breakfast and dinner are spot on and can?t vault it as I like crispy bacon and they don?t it for me and the waitress Charlie was very polite and friendly. Next time I?m working in the area I will be staying here again

We went to Beefeater Redditch for a good friend?s birthday. Cara was so lovely as she made sure that we had everything we needed even down to the lighter for the candles. Had a good evening celebrating there because of her.

On approach, a nice looking venue, plenty of free and secure parking. Inside is well laid out with plenty of tables abd seating for solo diner to large groups. The staff were amazingly attentive, polite and helpful, though also understaffed from observation.
We had a 40% off mains voucher and chose the Surf & Turf Combo and Mixed Grill.
PATHETIC AND DISSAPOINTED.
Portion control at its finest. The steak was layered with 2 prawns ??, yes 2 and. This was the worst plate of foid I have had for a while. Ypu need the 49% off to receive value for money. At £18 this is not worth it. Go Wetherspoons instead.
Will I go back - NO.
Will I recommend - NO.
Will I share will my work colleagues - NO.
Is the voucher worth the vusit - NO.
No value here. I'd rather go maccies.

Such a shame, popped in with my pregnant partner and 2 Yr old child after swimming for breakfast at 10:20, waited to be seated although the place was over half empty. To be told that they can't accept any walk ins because they're all reserved for hotel guests. Breakfast finished in 40 minutes and the manager couldn't squeeze us in and was shocked we hadn't booked. This kind of poor managing is the end to good reputation. Sadly won't be back.

Waitress Cara was excellent- gave my son a cake for his birthday and sang , also a small box of chicks and a card . She was very chatty and always smiling ?
No 2 for £20 menses out on the tables - was told initially by drinks waitress that they weren?t available on a Saturday! ?
