They delivered the wrong stuff, not when they said they would. When this was pointed out they said they would call back with the right stuff, but they didn't and had to be chased and chased to get anyone to listen.

I had a problem with the quality of the slabs from a Travis Perkins supplier when resurfacing our patio.The support I received from all the TP team, led by George, was excellent. George liaised with the supplier and obtained pallets of replacement slabs on two occasions to enable me to complete the work. We are now really pleased with the patio and would like to thank George and his team for the very professional manner they dealt with this problem.
